First of all, we love that there is a huge play area for the children. They also had a special where children eat a free meal when you order a main meal. All the portions are nice and big, so definitely worth it. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I was expecting this to be the same as the regular Panarottis restaurant. It was not. The version at Gold Reef City is more of a watered down take away version of the traditional restaurant. There is a take away counter to order at. There are a couple of tables and chairs in the inside. There are a couple of tables and benches with umbrella's on the. The menu is also a watered down version with a focus on the pizzas. The kitchen isn't the biggest and they are not geared to churn out a ton of pizza in a short amount of time. I had come in with 8 teenagers and we waited over an hour for the pizzas to be ready (you wait at the entrance for your number to be called and pick up at the counter - takeaway style) Check with the people behind the counter for how long your wait will be. Despite the toned down menu, long wait and inadequate seating, there was a bright side to the visit. The staff are exceptionally polite and helpful under stressful working conditions. And the pizza was cheesy and delicious. There were still a variety of pizzas on offer and they did not disappoint.

The service was nice. It's not really a sit down restuarant because it's small but the food was tasty and filling. The staff is nice but I didn't like the part of not getting the chillie/mayo and parmesan on the side like what we normally get at the normal panarottis but other than that it was nice

My main purpose was to try snails, although we still dined and ordered some pizza... one thing I can say is that the stuff is friendly and the snails were so good that I even took a takeaway. Also loved their play area and the toys they gave my daughter on the table.

Service was phenomenal by Ivo,from his attention to us as well as consistently checking if everything was great.The store manager was exceptional as well constantly engaging guests and assisting when the store got a bit busy.Food was great and so was the environment. BIG UPs to the kids entertainment and the way kids were made to feel special when creating their own pizzas.Overall great experience, these two gentlemen are to thank for making guests experience memorable! Truly an asset to Panarottis!
